The Fall is here and that means life is about to get real crazy!!!!!
If you don’t know me already, I’m Danielle! I’m a New Jersey Family Photographer; but first and foremost, I’m a mama of 9 year old twins. And just like you; I need some life hacks to make my job of being a mama a little bit easier.
I don’t know about you but the month of September gives me a lot of anxiety! To make the month of September a little easier for you; I wanted to share something that has made dinner planning a little easier. Instead of flying by the seat of my pants every night and popping chicken nuggets into the air fryer; I have started to incorporate theme nights.
So what does that mean?
Every night of the week is dedicated to a specific theme. This makes meal prepping and food shopping so much easier!
So for example, a theme night might be something like “Meatless Monday” or “Taco Tuesday.” Once you decide on a theme that works; you can then plan out your recipes and meals. Below is an example of the dinner themes I am using this Fall.
Monday- Chicken
Tuesday- Tacos
Wednesday- Sandwiches
Thursday- Grill/Barbecue
Friday- Pizza
Saturday- Order Out
Sunday- Italian
I can’t stress enough how much theme nights have helped me stay organized and on top of meal planning.
And that’s it! I hope this little nugget of wisdom will help you stay a bit more organized this Fall.
